Lesson 1: Basic Technique

In this lesson we go through basic technique on the right and left wing which is important to learn early. We also look at various passing exercises to improve technique. When you have good technique, everything else becomes easier to perform.

Lesson 3: Defense

In this lesson, Øystein Klippen has a masterclass on how to defend yourself. He shows box and flipper defense, and shares a couple of hints and tricks that many people may not be able to do beforehand.

Lesson 5: Edwall Shovel

In this lesson we go through the Edwall Shovel. This is the most used variant of the right shovel and therefore important to know.

Lesson 2: Upplay

In this lesson we go through how to get the puck from the backs up to the wings in a controlled manner. We also look at how to defend yourself when the opponent has the puck on the backs.

Lesson 4: Spade

In this lesson we will go through the right shovel "Spade". This is perhaps the simplest variation of the right shovel and therefore a good first trick to learn.

Lesson 6: Left Shovel

In this lesson we go through both the long left shovel and the short left shovel. These are two of the most common combinations from the left wing.

Lesson 7: Center Moves

In this lesson we take a closer look at the four center feints Spjass, Nacka, Little boot and Omvendtspjass.
